Grave Marker

Here at UK Memorials we have a selection of different products that can be used as grave markers, all our products are made from high-quality materials and are crafted by skilled craftsmen and women. Our designers and office team are on hand to help you design the perfect memorial for your loved one.

The all-in-one grave marker is made using a wrought iron spike with plate that is handmade by our blacksmith, galvanised and then painted black.

For the plaque you can choose the material between Anodised Aluminium, Acrylic Laminate and Brass.

Anodised Aluminium is a metal plaque that comes in a range of colours, it has a slightly shiny finish and is very durable. The lettering is lasered into the material which provides it with a white/silver colour. The material is around 1.6mm thick.

Acrylic Laminate is a long-lasting material that also comes in a range of colours. Some of the colours are available in plaques 3.2 mm thick while others are 1.6mm thick. The surface of the material is one colour and when the material is lasered it presents the colour underneath for the lettering, which is usually white.

Brass is a fantastic material that oozes quality but does require a little extra maintenance to keep it looking its best. This comes in 1.5mm thick and the lettering can be painted black, white, red, green or blue.

Plot markers are made by our talented carpenters here at UK Memorials. They are usually made out of hardwood timber called Iroko which is excellent for outdoor use as it is naturally very oily so withstands the outdoor elements well.

You can also have the plot markers crafted out of Oak if you prefer. Further, you can choose to have wording down the side or left blank.

Our Corian or Granite memorial hearts look beautiful as grave markers. They can simply be laid onto the ground of the burial place.

Granite is a stunning natural material that comes in a range of colours. The lettering can be painted any from our stock colours including memorial Gold or Silver.

Corian is a beautiful material that is made from stone dust and resin which provides a stone like feel but with no natural markings. This product also comes in a range of colours.

Memorial crosses make an excellent choice for a grave marker. Our smaller sizes are the ideal product to remember a loved one in your own space or to use at the burial site until the headstone is ready. Alternatively, many customers choose to use our memorial crosses as a more permanent memorial but often go for either a larger size or for our long-lasting Corian memorials.
